Ok, count me in, but where to from here?

Count down to July 2008 as a Schoenstatt Pilgrim!

 

Did you know?

To be part of WYD you need to officially ‘register' and as a registered Pilgrim you will:

•  Have access to Catechesis sites and a spot at the Opening Mass, Papal welcome and Final Mass

•  You get to help our neighbours come to WYD from the Third World Countries – now that's helping along with JUSTICE!

•   

How much do I have to pay?

Package B $335 includes –

registration for a full week, 18 meals, public transport, insurance and a cool WYD back pack with lots of goodies including a WYD Handbook with details of where to go and what to check out during the week!!!

I'm ready to register! Now what? Go to www.wyd2008.org Click on the ‘Registrations' button on the main screen Sign up and when asked whether you want to join a group, use these details: Group name Schoenstatt Australia Group number 1999 You don't need to pay when you register, but if you're ready to pay, do it via the internet now.

When do I need to pay?

Payment due 4 th May 2008!!!

 

 

Ok, I'm registered as an EXCITED Schoenstatt WYD Pilgrim, what do I do now?

•  Contact us. We want to hear from you! schyouth@bigpond.com , 0417 738 338

•  Encounter the WYD Cross and Icon @ Mt Schoenstatt on Dec 15-16 2007 and Jan 13 2008 and be involved in planning these events.

 

•  Come to monthly meetings as of Jan 2008 for 6 consecutive months to spiritually and practically prepare as a Schoenstatt Group for WYD08.

•  Australia is the host country to WYD. Be prepared not only to be a Pilgrim but take on a leading role and give of your gifts and talents to those coming to us.

•  Be involved in fundraising to bring youth from Oceania to WYD.

•  Be prepared to meet Schoenstatt Youth from around the world at an International gathering on 22 nd July 2008 AFTER WYD08.
