REMEMBER children under 16 years are FREE as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Why register?
It isn't compulsory to register, as anyone can attend all ‘Open Events' of WYD. However to benefit from the fact that registered pilgrims are allocated spaces for all ‘Open Event's means –
You don't have to pay for your public transport
You don't have to be at the back of all major events
You don't have to see the Pope from a Big Screen
Your registration helps our neighbours from Third World Countries to attend WYD08.
Last but not least, it makes sure that ALL Schoenstatt Movement members, youth and adults are together for the big events.
What if I'm a Schoenstatt Member over 35 and am keen to be a Schoenstatt Volunteer DURING WYD Week?
Schoenstatt Volunteers during WYD Week at our Schoenstatt Spirituality Centre and Vocations Expo Booth NEED to register . Ask us how you go about it by contacting 02 4773 8338 or emailing schyouth@bigpond.com .
What if I'm a Schoenstatt Member over 35 and am keen to be a Schoenstatt Volunteer BEFORE or AFTER WYD Week?
Schoenstatt Volunteers before WYD Week, such as during the Harvest Tours pilgrimages or after WYD Week, such as at the International Schoenstatt Youth Festival on 22 nd July 2008 do not need to register as a volunteer in the WYD Registration System.
